The location was great for what we planned to do. Check in was swift, and check out was too. Staff was attentive. Staff sent for a maintenance person to resolve our television problem.

Place is great we have stayed here 2 years in a row and we love it good breakfast and staff is always great and friendly pool is so nice after going all day and just overall really nice and cozy place highly recommend

Excellent place to be on and off the snowmobile trails quickly. Plenty of good food within short snowmobile ride or vehicle. Staff was very helpful with questions and plenty of truck/trailer parking.

We loved that Pellston was affordable, had a wonderful pool, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The snack corner was an awesome bonus since we checked in late and needed some food. Beds were cozy too!

Location was good 15 miles to lake Michigan & the mackinaw bridge. Hotel has a nice pool w/hot tub. Good breakfast.

We enjoyed the friendly staff, the pool area and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. Liked having the lobby area to gather to play cards. The breakfast was fine too!

That it is close to the Pellston Airport. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Close enough to Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and Charlevoix to have a nice scenic drive. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Beds were comfortable

The staff was excellent and even though the internet was down they adapted and overcame. Very impresive

Breakfast and coffee were good, the staff was very friendly and the ride to the airport was perfect!
